CUSTOMER SUPPORT SERVICES

 

Support Coordinator

This person ensures high quality customer service standards are achieved and continuously improved. The successful candidate will oversee the timely and appropriate assignment of implementation and on-going support tasks and the efficient and comprehensive follow-up and coordination of all departments involved in this provision of customer service. You will be responsible for a number of other support personnel including the technical writers.

Responsibilities

·          Manage day to day relationship with clients to ensure timely , effective responses to assistance requests

·          Manage Help Desk personnel who act as first line support in receiving, analyzing, and logging calls, assigning responsibility and performing follow-ups

·          Contribute to the improvement of written and on-line documentation

·          For each new sale, assume immediate responsibility for overall system installation and implementation

·          Ensure collaboration of efforts and dissemination of information related to customer support

·          Perform cost management/performance activities related to new implementations

·          Contribute to the improvement of the software and the development of new features

Requirements

·          A university degree in business or equivalent

·          Three to five years experience in a managerial role in a computerized environment

·          Solid accounting background a must; distribution/manufacturing experience an asset

·          Exceptional analytical, reasoning, and organizational skills

·          Superior interpersonal, communication, and management skills

·          Must possess initiative and be a self-starter

 

Technical Writers

Technical Writers, under the direction of the Support Controller, are responsible for the timely delivery of end-user documentation to support TriForce XP. We are seeking Technical Writers to research, write, and revise accurate paper and online documentation and provide editorial support to other departments. Successful candidates must be team players with a passion for writing, inquisitive by nature, methodical, reasoned, and enjoy a challenge.

Requirements:

·          University degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline or equivalent experience

·          An exceptional command of the English language

·          Solid research skills

·          Ability to explain complex materials in a simple manner

·          Strong organizational and interpersonal skills

·          Thorough command of Microsoft Office, desktop publishing and help-authoring tool

 

 

IMPLEMENTATION and TRAINING

 

Systems Implementers/Trainers

In conjunction with Account Managers and Support Supervisor, you will provide pre-and post-sale consulting, implementation planning, end-user training, and over-all project management. Working closely with clients and various internal departments, you will coordinate the tasks necessary to achieve clients’ business requirements and anticipated live dates.

Responsibilities

·          Define client requirements and ensure they are communicated both internally and externally in a timely manner

·          Coordinate and monitor the project

·          Train end users on TriForce XP

·          Provide initial client support during implementation and secondary line support thereafter

·          Test new features and assist with product functionality documentation

Requirements

·          Minimum of five years experience in larger application business systems implementation and management

·          A solid accounting background, with experience in advanced manufacturing and distribution is essential

·          Experience in training end users

·          Project management skills

·          Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

·          Flexibility and ability to be a team player

 

Project/Account Managers

Successful candidates will act as primary contacts for our major clients. A solid practical business background will enable the successful management of all aspects of the initial TriForce XP implementation, as well as, the ongoing consulting and support relation pursuant to software maintenance contracts. This will involve acting as team leader for the group of experts involved in implementation and subsequent requests.

Responsibilities

·          Define client requirements, ensure they are communicated to analysts in a timely manner and that solutions are provided

·          Coordinate and monitor the initial implementation project

·          Provide initial client support during implementation and secondary line support thereafter

·          Manage upgrades and related configurations and training of new features

·          As it relates to TriForce XP, provide ongoing consulting and exploration of customer’s software needs resulting from the evolution of its business profile

Requirements

·          Five to ten years experience in project management

·          Significant experience in a financial, distribution, or manufacturing environment

·          Excellent written and verbal communication skills

·          Working knowledge of project management tools

 

SALES

 

Account Managers: Base Sales

We require experienced, dynamic, and spirited salespeople to assist in harvesting the vast potential of our existing customer base. Successful candidates will expand and nurture our relationships with existing customers, developing an intimate knowledge of their existing software and hardware configurations and maintaining an up to date data base. More importantly, these Account Managers will anticipate the IT expansion needs of this customer base and act accordingly.

Responsibilities:

·          Develop a rapport and working relationship with senior management of existing customers

·          Understand, anticipate, and manage the strategic IT initiatives and needs, software, hardware, networking, and facility management, of existing accounts

·          Acquire a knowledge of TriForce XP and keep abreast of developing technology

·          Position SYSTEMGROUP as their prime solutions provider and systems integrator

·          Coordinate client prospective activities with sales support and other SYSTEMGROUP departments to ensure the highest degree of customer satisfaction

·          Maintain central database of existing customer total solutions

Requirements

·          Working knowledge and experience of desktop tools, hardware, operating environments

·          Experience in sales, account management, or project management

·          Consultative approach to needs analysis

Account Managers: New Sales

SOFTWARE DEVELOPMENT

 

Business Analyst

In collaboration with Account Managers and the Research and Development Product Manager, analysts will work with various departments and customers to analyze user needs and emerging market trends, design solutions and communicate them to development, and test the developed solution. Analysts will then communicate with Support for documentation purposes.

Responsibilities

·          Identify and analyze the operational and information parameters of customer-driven requests and emerging market trends

·          Conceptualize solutions, integrating relevant business issues and practices, and reduce them to writing and design solutions keeping in mind the overall TriForce XP environment

·          Communicate the needs and solutions to development, follow through to promote resolution, and test developed solution and suggest modifications

·          Communicate with internal personnel and customers throughout the development and implementation cycles to help ensure smooth and effective project management

Requirements:

·          A degree in business is essential

·          Five to ten years experience in a busy business/industry environment is required

·          Extensive accounting, distribution, trade, manufacturing knowledge and experience are necessary

·          Exceptional analytical, organizational, and written and verbal communication skills

·          Adept at conceptualizing and conveying ideas and solutions

 

Software Visual Developers

SYSTEMGROUP requires visual developers to work in a team environment for the continued development of a comprehensive, multi-industry, business management commercial package. Developers will develop and deploy within the company standards and environment. Senior developers assist and provide direction in current and future migrations of technologies.

Requirements

·          A degree in Computer Science or equivalent is required

·          Experience in C#,VB,.NET and Visual FoxPro programming

·          Experience in managing and motivating a team of developers

·          Ability to be innovative, imaginative, and conceptual

·          Ability to adhere to standards and work within given parameters

·          Good communication skills

 

Technical Analyst

The Research and Development department is in need of analysts who can extrapolate their knowledge and experience to the analysis of a variety of problem areas.

Responsibilities

·          Analyze and troubleshoot reported bugs

·          Assist developers, support personnel and business analysts in identifying, defining, and resolving issues and problems in TriForce XP

·          Interact with personnel in various departments to ensure new releases are stable, supportable, and meet company standards

·          Review and test new releases and assist technical writers with documentation

Requirements

·          Experience with various operating and networking systems and database administrations

·          Relevant practical business experience

·          An aptitude for detail oriented-problem solving

·          Excellent communication, interpersonal and organizational skills

·          Knowledge of visual development programming  a definite asset
